Plain language, no traps. These are the general terms; the specific terms of any engagement are set out in your individual proposal and agreement, which take precedence.
Work begins once a proposal is accepted in writing and the agreed initial payment is received. Each engagement's scope, timeline, and deliverables are defined in that proposal. Anything outside the agreed scope is handled through a written change order before work starts.
We invoice through Razorpay or by international bank wire transfer, in the currency stated in your proposal. Payment terms are specified per engagement. Final deliverables and source files are released once payment is complete.
On full payment, ownership of the final delivered work transfers to you. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to. We retain ownership of our internal methods, templates, and processes.
Each engagement includes a defined number of revision rounds, stated in the proposal. Additional rounds beyond that are available and quoted separately.
We treat everything you share as confidential and expect the same in return. We're glad to sign a mutual NDA where you'd prefer one.
We commit to the timeline in your proposal, provided materials and feedback reach us on schedule. Delays on input shift the delivery date by the equivalent amount.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is first addressed through good-faith discussion; we strongly prefer resolving things by conversation.
